Human Resources
The Human Resources Division is responsible for the City's personnel services, general services and risk management. The division's primary duties include personnel recruitment and training; administering the City's public employee retirement system (PERS); and oversight of the worker's compensation, liability insurance, and group insurance programs to minimize loss exposure in order to reduce the cost to the City and the citizens of Lynwood.

City of Lynwood job flyers are available at the Receptionist's desk and on the web site. The flyers contain a description of the qualifications needed for each position, the salary range, and benefits available. Interest lists are also maintained to notify individuals of openings.
