Complete the application and submit it with the registration fee. Proof of residency is required at the time of registration. The Recreation Department front office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

What does my registration fee cover?
Registration covers a partial payment of the uniform, a basic picture package, end of season award and secondary insurance. The balance of uniform and officials costs is covered through the league fundraiser.

Can I request that my child be placed on the same team as his friend, neighbor or relative (cousin, uncle, etc.)?
Unfortunately, we can only guarantee that brothers and sisters (if they are in the same age division) can be placed on the same team.

If your child is staying in the same division, he/she does have the option to return to that same coach. If your child is moving up a division (because of age) a particular coach cannot be requested.

We strive to offer Lynwood residents quality and low-cost programs. Unfortunately, the initial registration fee only covers a small percentage of league costs. In order to pay for the full cost of the league (uniform, equipment, officials, etc.) all league participants and their parents/guardians must participate in the league fundraiser. You can opt out of most league fundraisers by paying the opt-out fee of $25.

When and where are practices and games held?
Most practices are held after 5:00 p.m. Teams usually practice twice a week, depending on the coach. Since all of our coaches are volunteers, we give them the courtesy of picking their own practice days and times.
