Code for Health and Safety for Animal Care and Maintenance
Proper disposal of animal waste is required. Animal waste must be disposed of in a sanitary manner. It should not be washed into the street or left on the lawn. Pet owners are allowed no more than 3 dogs (with proper licenses) or cats (over four months of age) and no more than 3 birds for indoor pets.
