The Service Request Division is the central location where all Requests for Services are received. All requests are submitted into the Gov Partners system where city staff can track all requests. Residents have the option of Walk-in, Call-in or On-line to submit their requests.

To submit a request online, visit our website at www.lynwood.ca.us click on Request for Services and click on Make a Request. After doing this you can click on the department that you are requesting service from. After submitting your request, you will receive a reference number. The reference number is confirmation that you submitted your request. All Requests for Services are forwarded to the appropriate department for resolution.
