REPORT SERVICES REQUESTS VIA YOUR SMART PHONE

The City of Lynwood introduces its newest technology for residents to use their smart phones to report service requests.  The new smart phone application “MyLynwood” allows residents to photograph, document, and report concerns/requests for service directly from their smart phone to the City’s Service Request Division.

This application was developed and provided by a company called “APP Order” at no cost to the City.  Violations that can be reported via “MyLynwood” include graffiti complaints, overgrown vegetation, junk debris and litter to name a few.

This new smart phone application will simplify the service request/complaint reporting process for many residents, while increasing the efficiency in which requests for service are addressed.

The “MyLynwood” application is now available for you to download to your smart phone in both Apple Macintosh and Android platforms.  Blackberry users will have access in coming months.

For more information about the new “MyLynwood” smart phone application you can contact Jamel Goodloe in the City Public Relations Department at 310.603.0220 extension 613 Monday – Thursday.
